Science and Sushi

We heard the world’s largest butterfly had hatched and was flying around the Science center. Us and everyone else. Thus began our unintentional journey to and from the Seattle Center 3 times in 24 hrs. Unfortunately, everyone and her mother was here. I’ve never had to wait in line for the butterfly house. But we did. No giant butterfly, but plenty of other fun specimens.

The girls played with the hoses outside the Center.

I tried out my Dad’s new gift in the above photos- postprocessing with Snapseed. It works pretty darn well. Thanks, Dad!

We headed home for lunch and naps. And got up again and headed back to trial Sushiland in lower QA with friends.

We obviously liked it a lot.

The next day, we had a date and enjoyed Mission Impossible 4. You can’t beat Brad Bird! It was awesome.
