I did mention I was focusing on the girls. Today, I doubled our numbers with a playdate extravaganza. Carly and Helen were the playmates. One we see almost everyday and one not for 6 mos. There was lots of joy in the day. They all played well together. I even got some Mom talking time in as well.
Tonight, another date. We trialed the Adjustment Bureau. Wayne thought it was just ho-hum. I was more enchanted. I thought it was entertaining with lagging elements. The romance was fun and I laughed in quite a few spots. It was nice to return to the Majestic Bay. We trialed 5 Corner Market as a pre-movie dinner place. The current restaurant is Pho Than Brothers. It’s quick, nutritious, and good. 5 is not low calorie. Beef fat fries. A list of beers and whiskeys a longer than the menu. But it was very pleasing. The space is nice. The food was great. It came fast. We had a nice cheese platter followed by rockfish as fish and chips for Wayne with the very good fries and short ribs with mushrooms, pappardelle, greens and truffle sauce. That was delicious. They even kept our left overs in their fridge while we were at the movie. The highest thumbs up goes to 5. But the whole evening was great because I was with Wayne.
