South Gardens

We didn’t get out till almost 1pm. Adults were dropping like flies and the number of kids stayed constant. David and Amy had events. Wayne was sick and slept. So it was Mom, Dad, me and the kids. The cousins, age wise, make a continuous family and acted like it today.

We went to the Varsity for lunch. Mostly out of a desire not to dirtyore dishes after a morning of cleaning. The place was crazy busy. We walked in with 2 bus loads of folks. The girls actual got a relatively substantial meal.

Then to the Gardens. We danced over the new bridge. Lindy liked the children’s garden. I got to take some photos in the setting light.

Skylar turns out to be sicker than first appearing. They went home and I went with Dad to visit my second cousin after a 2 year absence. We attended and open house at their newly remodeled place.

Dinner was Antico’s Pizza by GA Tech brought home. Very good. It’s Napoli certified like Tutta Bella. My parents keep saying it’s better. I think they may be right. The crust is made of sterner stuff.

Dad had us watch the original True Grit with John Wayne.
