Today has been interesting. Late in the night, the toilet failed. The only toilet in a house of 7 people, 5 of which are female. I personally would have panicked. Not my in-laws. Substitutions were quickly put in place. John set to work on it. Unfortunately, it’s still broken after a day of hard, dirty work.
We took in Tangled today. The boys watched Tron with Wayne. They were selling popcorn for $1 a bag! Sara got a stuffed animal from the claw game on her first try. Her cousin got one for Laura and then failed 2 more tries. I think that’s an impressive feat for my girl.
Dinner was especially fun. We dove into leftovers. I had a pulled pork sandwich. We had sundaes for desert with nutter butters. That was Hanna’s idea.
We went to Karen’s for the plumbing and enjoyed showers and company.
