The day of reckoning.
Last June, an unnamed theater cut off the credits when we watched Toy Story. It happened to be an audience who cared deeply about credits. So we got free tickets. Today we used them.
We invited the families that were involved and saw Tangled together. What an awesome movie! It’s great and fun and visually stunning. Did I mention fun? The 50th Disney movie. Evidently, there’s a nod to every Disney animated movie ever made.
Then we had a date and free movie tickets. So, in the evening, we trudged off again and watched Social Network about the creation of Facebook. Also a good movie. Fun to think about the timing on that phenomena and our own lives. Wayne thought the code looked good.
The other highlight for me was getting to take a 30 min bike ride. I love riding. It made all the sitting in movies doable.
