There’s a nice simplicity to one. The first. A new month. Clean slate.
My one begins with fog. The sun lulled us into short sleeves, no sleeves for one of us. I forced jackets just in case. The just in case was the fog moving in. It’s cold right now.
Time to sleep. This cold is dragging me down. I biked to school with the gorgeous day. Sara did running club again. We picked up a friend of Laura’s. The unanimous vote was for a park further away. So I get to saunter for another half mile to and fro. Girls slide and laugh and swing and giggle. We stop for a doughnut (split 3 ways). Then biking back home. I’m ready to nap.
