The girls are ending the day with dancing. Dressing up dolls and girls.
We flowed with the rain. I took the girls to the gym before school and weight lifted. No bike riding.
School is in the second week and we’re slowly settling in. Sara is spending most of her school day in a second grade class as a 1st grader. She has 2 teachers, both of whom she enjoys. I got to visit them both this week and figure out the line between 1st and 2nd.
I’m reacquainting myself with my friends. My travels and my parents delightfully occupied my summer, but my summer was packed. Sara had a play date with a friend who had called her while we were away at Glacier. As I said, we’re just now getting back to things. Today, tea, tomorrow playing.
Tuesday, I biked Ballard. I biked with the girls to my doctor’s office. We biked frantically to school. More leisurely to preschool. Then back up a hill 20 blocks for a 2 hr dental appointment. I ended with some Thai for lunch. Back to school, back from a play date, to preschool, finally home.
