The weather here has turned beautiful for a few days. I’ve been attending conferences for over 10 days. The house is a bit on the fritz. I worked today to catch up on housework, dishes, and laundry. I have to pack for another trip. I get to see my old roomate Heidi and family!
Sara got her first cavity fixed yesterday. It was a breeze. 4 yrs of building trust with the pediatric dentist worked wonderfully. Laura had a harder time, tantruming when she didn’t get to go in. A dental hygenist brought out a goody bag to calm her.
The girls had a blast shopping for gifts at Top 10 Toys. Sara had saved over $40 from her allowance at $1.50/wk. I was proud of her. She picked out a family of mustangs, beautiful. Laura picked out a clydesdale foal she named Flower.
Today, we embraced the weather. I biked the girls to Salmon Bay Park. We played with Iain and Helen. The girls played with the zip line and merry-go-round.
