Beauty

I love reading Beauty and the Beast with my girls. The story by Marianna Meyer is fascinating and hard. The illustrations by Mercer Meyer are enchanting and mystical. The girls get more exciting as we read it in serial fashion. Laura gets a little restless on the pages with no pictures with cries of “turn the page”, but then she is three.
We just finished the story. Now onto George and the Dragon. Knights and princesses and castles and monsters, oh my!
