Winter Weather and Heather

Our “mild” el Nina winter continues. The temperature is in the 30s for a high, but actually 20′s with wind and dampness of this climate. We got snow overnight. Our parade of guests continues with my medical school roommate, Heather. She had to get up at 5am to go to an interview at Children’s Hospital for a pediatric surgery fellowship in the snow. It’s just a crusting, but it’s about the third time this winter.
