The snow started midday on Sunday. It was quite impressive falling down. At first I was sceptical. By early evening, we decided to not trial the roads and skipped Home Group. Most of the roads were clear on Monday. We dropped Sara off at daycare and commenced in ultra-Xmas shopping mode. We hit Target, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Gap Kids, EB Games, all before a well deserved lunch at California Pizza kitchen. Mom ordered the foccacia sandwich (very good) and they canceled my beloved potato rosemary chicken pizza. Sigh…
We continued at Top 10 Toys, but were exhausted after that. Jon and Claire came over for an amazing lasagne dinner courtesy of Mom. We got to see another episode of BSG.
Today, ice stopped most of Seattle. None of us even tried to take a walk until mid afternoon. Wayne and I are both getting colds and Sara seems especially whiny today, so likely has a cold too. Wayne and Sara had a long afternoon nap and Mom let me go out for a walk. I had fun photographing the snow with my new phone.
Fun street art with my shadow.

Home is where the heart is and my heart is with my girl. Laura asleep on Nana’s chest during my walk.
