Well I had to pay my property taxes on Halloween (I wonder if there is a coincidence here?). As I was looking over the tax bill, I noticed this small $2 fee for something called “Noxious Weeds”. Being the curious person that I am, I googled the web for noxious weeds in King County and came up with this.
It seems that as a homeowner living in King County, you can’t let weeds on this list grow in your yard. I guess that I don’t really mind paying $2 bi-annually to support this web site. It certainly helps me identify all those weeds that are currently growing in my yard.
